Fernando Duran Ramos won the money playing the “$10,000,000 Lucky Bucks” $20 scratch-off tickets, the Massachusetts Lottery said.
Duran Ramos elected to take the $650,000 lump sum before taxes rather than the annuity. He wants to buy a house with the cash, lottery officials said.
He bought the ticket at 7-Eleven at 100 Lynn St. in Peabody. The store will collect a $10,000 check for selling the winner.
